As winter arrived, the children of Dawolong Primary School in Changtanhe Dong Minority Township in Xuan'en County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hubei Province, received much-needed winter clothing and bedding. Located in a high-poverty area with scarce resources and limited transportation, nearly 100% of the students at the school come from low-income families.
Support from caring enterprises and individuals has enabled these children to continue pursuing their dreams of education. This year, QuVideo once again extended a helping hand and bringing warmth to the students of Dawolong Primary School in the mountainous region.
In the first week of December 2020, the "Together for a Better Future" philanthropic education program, organized jointly by the United Front Departments of Xihu District, Hangzhou, and Xuan'en County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and initiated by the Xihu District Internet Community Association, with full support from QuVideo, was successfully held at Dawolong Primary School.

Supporting Dreams with Care
Dawolong Primary School is the only school in Xuan'en County's former revolutionary base area, covering surrounding villages with travel distances exceeding 10 km and serving a population of over 2,000. Currently, the school has 51 students, including 43 in primary school and 8 in preschool. Among them, 25 students come from registered low-income or minimum-subsistence households, accounting for over 50% of the student body.
QuVideo Partner and Vice President of the Xihu District Internet Community Association, Chen Chengfeng, along with Fang Hui, head of the Association's Public Welfare Committee, visited the school. They were warmly welcomed by teachers and students, and a philanthropic ceremony was held. In addition to donating 51 sets of winter uniforms and 40 sets of winter quilts, the program established one-to-one support for 15 underprivileged primary school students, 2 underprivileged middle school students, and 2 underprivileged high school students.

During the event, children tried on their new uniforms and played with the visiting guests. Yang Lu, a sixth-grade student, wrote a heartfelt thank-you letter expressing her gratitude and best wishes.

Partnering with Enshi, Side by Side
It is noteworthy that this marks QuVideo's second philanthropic initiative in Enshi. In 2019, to help preserve the intangible cultural heritage of the Tujia Baishou Dance, QuVideo launched the "Trendy Tujia Enshi Dance" challenge, widely promoting it through the VivaVideo app, social media, and news platforms.
Whether leveraging information technology to preserve cultural heritage or providing direct support to underprivileged regions, QuVideo remains committed to expanding the scope of its philanthropic programs, raising public awareness for social causes, and using technology and innovation to bring hope and opportunities to communities and individuals in need.
