From April 23 to 25, the 9th Growth Summit was successfully held in Hangzhou, with QuVideo invited to attend and making it onto multiple rankings. It is reported that the summit, themed "Striding Forward Amidst Challenges – Sailing Three Thousand Miles Through Waves", was upgraded to a brand event for scientific and technological innovation in Zhejiang Province for the first time. It embraced an open stance to gather talents from all over the world and jointly chart new courses for innovation and entrepreneurship.
On the afternoon of April 24, the Hangzhou Venture Capital Association and Weilian jointly released the 2025 Hangzhou Unicorn & Soonicorn Enterprise List, and QuVideo was named a Hangzhou soonicorn once again. Notably, this marks QuVideo’s first entry into the soonicorn list under the category of Artificial Intelligence and Embodied Intelligence, which fully recognizes the company’s relentless efforts and continuous progress in empowering content overseas expansion with AI technologies.

On the morning of April 25, the China Future Unicorn Conference, a parallel event of the Growth Summit, kicked off grandly at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. At the conference, the Hangzhou Venture Capital Association and Weilian jointly released the Hangzhou AI Ecosystem Map (the literal translation of "Wolong Map" is avoided for international readability), which presents a panoramic view of Hangzhou’s AI ecosystem. Among the selected entities, QuVideo was included in Hangzhou’s "AI Top 108 Enterprises" industry matrix under the segment of "Application Layer – AI + Intelligent Collaborative Applications".
Cai Hua, Founder and CEO of Weilian, interpreted the Hangzhou AI Ecosystem Map, stating, "As the achievements and applications of artificial intelligence are widely integrated into people’s daily lives, Hangzhou, known as the 'No.1 City of Digital Economy' in China, is striding forward to become an 'AI Hub'." Going forward, QuVideo will join hands with other enterprises in the AI infrastructure layer, technology layer, and application layer to jointly support the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Hangzhou.

In addition, the 9th Growth Summit featured 17 sub-forums focusing on hot topics such as international innovation, the Hangzhou-Hong Kong Forum, the 2025 Long-term Capital Conference, the Venture Capital Summit’s M&A and Restructuring Session, as well as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, low-altitude economy, biopharmaceuticals, and core technologies.
On the afternoon of April 25, QuVideo was invited to attend the Growth Summit · 2025 West Lake Unicorn Innovation Ecosystem Conference and the AI + Air-Space-Land-Sea "Dream Chasers" Sub-forum. The sub-forum, themed "AI West Lake: Envisioning the Future", aimed to identify high-potential tech enterprises (the metaphorical "hidden dragons" in West Lake) and pool synergies to help West Lake District build an attractive and competitive industrial ecosystem. It also strives to set a "West Lake Model" for technological innovation and unicorn enterprise development nationwide.
At the sub-forum, the Top 10 High-Potential Enterprises in West Lake District of Hangzhou were announced, with QuVideo making the list. Sheng Chunxia, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, and Yu Hui, Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor of West Lake District, presented the award to QuVideo. With international operation as its development orientation, QuVideo has built a matrix of intelligent video creation software, covering more than 200 countries and regions worldwide and serving over 2.2 billion users, delivering an outstanding performance in the AI application field.

Chen Xiaoping, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, also expressed high expectations for technological and industrial innovation in West Lake District at the forum. He noted, "Zhejiang is steadfastly advancing the construction of an innovative province; Hangzhou is firmly boosting the development of innovation-driven support systems; and West Lake District is striving to become a preferred destination for national technological achievement transformation and an important hub for developing new-quality productive forces."
