On the morning of January 28, the Fifth Session of the 16th Xihu District People’s Congress grandly opened at the District Culture and Sports Center. Deputies to the district people’s congress gathered to listen to the Report on the Work of the Government delivered by District Mayor Zhou Yang. The district successfully accomplished all annual goals and tasks, winning 121 honors at or above the provincial level.
The report clarified the development goals for the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
